Mike founded Cloud 9 Build in 2020 after exiting a career in Finance and entering the world of real estate investing. Tired of unreliable contractors and unsatisfactory work, he decided to literally take the matter into his own hands and learned everything he could about residential construction. Cloud 9 Build has now grown into a boutique general contracting firm with clients including rental property investors, home owners, and luxury interior designers.
